Sarod-player Sougata Roy Chowdhury, one of the most talented young classical Hindustani musicians of his generation. Imran Khan, musician and composer, the 9th generation of the lineage of the Sikar Gharana — one of the greatest and most respected musical families of Rajasthan. "Mirabai, Lover and Rebel" — the legend of the princess-poet of Rajasthan, narrated by Saraswati Locked up in a palace for refusing to submit, Mirabai escapes and continues on her way, in search of her love. She is very beautiful, Mirabai, the Indian poet. Emperor Akbar is not insensitive to her beauty — but Mirabai, the rebellious princess, a symbol, disappears... Perhaps she has gone to join her god. Free, so goes Mirabai.
Saraswati Korbanka was raised in Swami Muktananda's ashram in Ganeshpuri, India. Imbued with the teachings of this great master, she shares this knowledge with those who seek joy and inner peace.
